Postal Brownies

A tracking number should have been provided with your order once it has been dispatched. If you have not received this, please contact us.

We cannot accept refunds or make any changes after your order has been dispatched.

If you request amendments or a cancellation before we have dispatched, we may be able to accommodate for this.

If you've provided an incorrect delivery address, you can change this via the relevant courier site.

Once an order is dispatched to Royal Mail or DPD, we are not able to control any delays that may occur with their deliveries. 

However, a replacement order will be sent, if delivery is done more than 10 days after they were dispatched.

This is the date that your brownies are sent to the delivery courier.

They are then delivered to your address within 1-2 working days, depending on the shipping method you selected.

There are 12 large sized brownies per box.

As we bake each box to order, you are receiving a full tray of brownies which measures approximately 18 x 28 cm. 

This makes each brownie piece roughly : 9 x 4.5cm

Our brownies taste their best when eaten within 5 days of being baked but have an estimated shelf life of 10 days. 

'Best Before' and 'Use By' dates will be provided with your order.

Tip: Wrap your brownies in foil or an air tight container to keep them fresh for longer!

Brownies can be stored and taste their best at room temperature.

We have added a 'Gluten-Free' option to our brownies range.

These brownies are made with gluten-free flour as a substitute to regular flour, to accommodate those with gluten intolerances.

Note that they are made in a kitchen that handles gluten and therefore may contain traces of gluten. Customer discretion is advised.

All brownies are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, soya, dairy and gluten, therefore no guarantee can be given that they are 100% free of allergens.

Allergy advice cards are provided with each order. Further allergy details can also be provided upon request. 

Unfortunately we do not offer this option at the moment. 

Yes – all our brownies adhere to Islamic guidelines and do not contain ingredients such as alcohol or non-halal gelatine.
